We
call this room after the first owner of the house, Don
Juan de Alvear y Rivas, Accountant of Royal Rents and
Supervisor and Accountant of " Casa y Sitio Real
del Buen Retiro ", who was said to have ordered the
construction of the house in 1644.
It is facing the main façade with magnificent sights,
the medieval bridge, the yard and the mountains surrounding
the valley. This room is decorated with Antiques, among
them a remarkable and comfortable chair from a boat deck
and 19th century wash basin.
